Rooms

2 Bedroom, 1 Bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a full bed/ twin bed bunkbed. The maximum number of guests the cabin can accommodate is 5 people. Please note that the bedrooms are connected. To get into the queen bedroom you must walk through the bunkbed bedroom. We have added a room dividing curtain for your privacy!

Location, Location, Location!

This cabin is privately centered in the heart of North Conway close to many ski resorts, outlets, hiking trails, and restaurants. Get ready to relax and enjoy all the pleasures that this Cabin has to offer, including the private courtyard with a hot tub, grill and fire pit!

Rules and Policies

Cabin Rules and Policies

Rules:

-2 dog maximum, $30.00 per pet / per night.

-If bringing a pet be sure to clean up their waste. Cleaner will charge us for additional clean-up fees which will be charged to guest.

-No smoking.

-No parties/ events.

-Maximum guests- 5

- No additional guests that are not listed in your reservation.

-No food or drink in hot tub. If hot tub needs to be drained and filled due to guest

negligence, there will be a $250.00 fee to drain and refill.

-No fireworks as they are illegal in North Conway.

-5mph speed limit on the private dirt road. (AWD vehicle may be necessary during winter weather)

-3 parking spots in driveway

-No street parking

-Quiet hours 10:00 PM-8:00 AM

-Renter agrees to all rules above and understands that any violation of the rules could

lead to eviction without refund.

-Renter will sign rental agreement that will be emailed 14 days prior to reservation.

Security camera information:

Camera 1 is facing outward, toward the porch. Camera 2 is located on the side, facing outward toward the driveway. Camera 3 is located on the home facing the yard and swing. Camera 4 is located on the garage viewing the driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

We accept: Cash, check, or venmo

Payment #1: Deposit

$250.00 Deposit will be due at booking. Dates will not be blocked off until deposit is received. Fully refundable up to 30 days before stay.

Payment #2: Balance in Full

Balance due no later than 14 days prior to check-in. 50% refundable if cancelled at least 7 days prior to check-in.

Fees are as follows:

$150.00 Cleaning Fee

$250.00 Refundable Damage Deposit

8.5% New Hampshire Meals & Rentals Tax (License # 103564)
